My personal mission is to connect people with information that can transform their lives.
I am a global consultant, inventor, trainer, and author with over two decades of experience driving multimillion-dollar business improvements. I specialize in a people-first approach to AI adoption: I do AI-enablement coaching and AI adoption consulting. Our focus is primarily AI Assistants and AI Automation.
In addition to my consulting work, I have also put theory into practice by using a blend of innovation frameworks to patent a medical device, a field where I have never worked. When I'm not transforming businesses, I enjoy raising butterflies and tackling various home improvement challenges.
Fun fact: this is my 3rd career and I speak on personal reinvention and thriving in an exponentially uncertain world and job market. After my degree in Russian was rendered obsolete even before I started working, I had to pivot right away. I was able to achieve my new goal of becoming a technical writer within a couple years. I later became a coach/consultant for better ways of working and rose up the ranks to Director level inside software enterprises before abandoning that career and pivoting to AI in 2023. Now I have an AI Agency. Another fun fact - I have been working remotely & with distributed teams since 1999.
